Welcome to West Sixteenth Cake Studio, founded in 2024 by baker and pastry chef, Kate Westlake.

What began in Kate’s cozy home kitchen in the Netherlands has grown into a boutique bakery based in Eugene, Oregon, known for its ethereal, elegant, and garden-inspired confections. In 2025, Kate refined her craft further with professional training at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona, deepening her commitment to creating exquisite, globally inspired pastries.
